Colors:  Base glass is Clear, with a white coating and Mica Flakes.  The case glass is a pinkish transparent glass, in a die away form top to bottom.  It is much darker at the top than at the bottom.  See Glass Types section, subsection  Vasa Murrhina Glass for full explanation.  This rose bowl was photographed outside in natural and the top appears more on the orange shade but it is just pink.    

Glass Type:  Transparent glass base and case glass.

Bowl:  Basic shape of the rose bowl is spherical with eight inward pinched crimps.   The rose bowl also has a  deep concave external base where pontil rod was attached.  Bowl has a convex interior, in the collar base area. 

Decoration:  None   

Dimension: 4.50 height by 5.38 wide.  Bowl opening 2.5 avg.
